In developmentShift management for restaurants, built around Telegram.
The problem
Restaurants across Uzbekistan run their rotas in Excel, screenshot them, and drop the image into a staff Telegram group. Swaps become forty messages nobody can audit, a no-show means the manager phones six people, and payroll hours are tallied by hand at month end.
What we built
Managers build the week on a drag-and-drop grid and publish it in one action. Staff never install anything — they tap a link in the group chat they already use and are onboarded in seconds, then see their shifts, claim open ones, and request time off inside a Telegram Mini App. An unfilled shift is broadcast to everyone qualified and free; the first to tap it gets it.
- Drag-and-drop weekly scheduling with live labour-cost and hour totals
- Telegram Mini App for staff — no download, no password, no app store
- Open shifts broadcast to qualified staff, claimed with one tap
- Swap, cover, and time-off requests with a single approval trail
- Russian and Uzbek throughout, including every bot message
- Poster POS integration to import the roster and reconcile hours
