Refund Policy

PT Technologies provides digital subscription services. The Standard subscription ($3.99/month) renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record.

You can cancel at any time from your profile settings or by emailing support@techatpt.com. After cancelling, you keep access to Standard features until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Because our service provides immediate digital access, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, if you were charged in error, were billed after cancelling, or experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the service, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@techatpt.com and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle. The free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds.
