Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any PT Technologies tool (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by PT TECHNOLOGIES LLC (registered as ООО "PT TECHNOLOGIES"), a limited liability company registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 5 September 2026, tax identification number 313308723. “We”, “us” and “PT Technologies” in these terms mean that company.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. This applies to all use of this website, not only to creating an account. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please do not use the Service. We will close any account we become aware of that does not meet it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Registered accounts include a free monthly allowance of 1,000 rewritten words. The Standard subscription ($3.99/month) raises this to 10,000 words per month. Neither plan has a daily limit, so the allowance may be used at whatever pace you choose. It resets automatically at the start of each billing cycle (for Standard, your subscription renewal date; for free accounts, your signup date each month).

Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to exceed plan limits through automated means. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the text and images you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your content.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
